4. No Spam / Advertising / Self-promotion: These forums define spam as unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or other web sites, or posts with little, or completely unrelated content. Do not spam the forums with links to your site or product, or try to self-promote your website, business or forums etc. Spamming also includes sending private messages to a large number of different users. DO NOT ASK for email addresses or phone numbers
5. Do not post copyright-infringing material.
6. Do not post “offensive” posts, links, words, images or other material which constitutes defamation, harassment, bullying, abuse, calls for violence, obscene, pornographic, racist or discriminatory.
7. Do not cross post questions, posting the same question in several forums. There is normally one forum which is most suitable in which to post your question.
8. Do not PM others, send private messages to any users asking for help. If you need help, make a new thread in the appropriate forum then the whole community can help and benefit.
9. All posts should be professional, respectful and courteous at all times. You have every right to disagree with your fellow community members as long as you clearly explain your perspective but Do Not attack, degrade, insult, or otherwise belittle them or the quality of this community.
*NOTE: Any Violation of the Rules listed above will: A. Get Your Post Edited or Deleted along with One Warning, and B. A Second Violation will get Your account Permanently Banned.
~ User Guide ~
1. Please use "SEARCH" first as your Topic may have been addressed on our Forum before. Just use the “Search” box at the top right of the page.
2. To Participate/Post either: A. Click "Reply" button at the Bottom Right of the Page to Respond to an Existing Post, and/or B. Click "Create Thread" button at the Top Right to Start a New Topic/Conversation and Post.
3. Topic Titles should be Specific and Descriptive and Keep Your Subject Matter as Short as possible.
4. Every Member is only allowed One Account.
5. Administrators and moderators have the right to edit, delete, move or close any thread or post as they see necessary, without prior warning.
6. Please Report to the Moderators or Admin. any Post which you believe has broken a rule.
7. Finally, Always: A. Use Common Sense while posting - IE: Do Not Post / Share any Personal Information, and B. Obey all the Forum Rules and Have Fun!
~ *Moderator Requirements ~
1. Be a Proactive regular forum user, over 1 Month, with at least #10 Posts.
2. Take an active part in discussions between Moderators relating to the running of the forum.
3. Obey all Forum Rules and Be Knowledgeable in the Specific Forums you would like to moderate.
4. Visit the Forum and actively take part in Discussions as often as possible, ideally Twice per Week.
5. Be polite and helpful towards other members and give advice whenever needed and whenever possible.
6. Help to keep unsuitable content out of the forums as much as possible, Delete or Edit, and give Warnings as needed.
7. Participate in the "Moderators Board" - Visible Only to Moderators, and Check In at Least Daily.
*NOTE: Please be aware that applying to be a moderator does not guarantee acceptance and that moderators will only be appointed when needed. Current moderators and administrators will review applications and decide if the applicant fits the desired Board. Administrators have the final say and we reserve to right to refuse applicants with or without cause.
